The City of Lights becomes the City of Frights when American tourist Victoria (Shannyn Sossamon) visits her sister Carolyn (pop star turned actress Pink) and gets lost at a party in the Catacombs, the vast 200-mile labyrinthine network of tunnels that lies beneath Paris.
